Mentorship

Mentoring and guiding have a significant role in the growth of a startup. LEAD Bi will provide mentoring, guiding and scaling up for your startups. You may meet new individuals, learn specialised knowledge from them, or make new contacts as a result of startup mentoring and guiding, which will increase your networking chances. Acceleration

An Accelerator is a fast-paced program with a mix of best practices to help early-stage start-ups evolve into successful ventures. The startups can raise funding from the invited external investors. By providing funding, temporary coaching, and training, business accelerators assist early-stage and startup companies. LEAD BI Accelerator is a virtual program, Startups can operate virtually from their office.

Co-Working

Coworking is a type of workplace arrangement where employees from various companies and businesses join with others to operate in a single common area. It is simply a situation when employees from many businesses share a coworking space. Utilising shared resources like equipment, utilities, and receptionist enables cost savings and convenience. LEAD is crafting next generation Young Entrepreneurs through its exclusive Entrepreneurial Development support along with the MBA program to reiterate our claim that ‘LEAD’ is synonymous to “Leadership and Entrepreneurial Academy, Dhoni”. 

Hence LEAD  focusses on the entrepreneurial journey and to transform young talents to become ‘Job giver’ than the ‘Job seeker’ contemplating to provide the entire gamut of support starting from nurturing a Business idea, Market research, preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR), Technology support, Cost Benefit Analysis, Financial tie up, Interaction with Government machinery, Registration of the Company, facilitating Licenses, Organizational set up, Workflow management etc for the business ventures, marketing etc and thereby  realize the dream of incubating a Business of their choice within a short span of two years MBA program with LEAD College of Management.

LEAD is the B-School of its kind to run such a flagship program like this to groom entrepreneurs during their studies and would be trend setter to its attempt towards the Transformation of B-School (Business School) to E-School (Entrepreneurial School). It is relevant in the current context of unparallel support from Governments, Institutions and Business community in promoting Entrepreneurship in India. There cannot be a better time in India to pursue entrepreneurial ventures for aspiring minds.

LEAD has designed the entire program for this Entrepreneurship Development in to four stages namely CHECK IN, RUNWAY, TAKE OFF and AUTOPILOT and as shown below and towards the end of the MBA program, an aspiring Entrepreneur shall reach Autopilot stage or must have crossed Take off.
